Crock Pot Lasagna

This is a super easy & yummy recipe that your family will love! Please keep in mind that you can alter the recipe to fit your taste! This is great recipe to use that cooks all day long plus it does not take long to prepare!

Ingredients:
~ 1 lb of Hamburger Cooked (you can add onions or seasonings)
~ Uncooked Lasagna Noodles
~ Large Container of Cottage Cheese
~ 1 Egg
~ Italian Blend Shredded Cheese (2 Cups)
~ Around 45oz Spaghetti Sauce


Directions
~ Make sure to brown your meat
~ Mix together Cottage Cheese, Egg & Italian Cheese (around 1 Cup)
~ One the bottom of your slow cooker pour in enough sauce to cover the bottom
(this will keep your noodles from sticking)
~ Layer noodles
~ Put half of the cooked hamburger on the noodles
~ Put 1/3 of the cottage cheese mixture on the hamburger
~ Add sauce to cover the cottage cheese mixture
~ Put down another layer of noodles
~ Repeat hamburger, cottage cheese mixture, sauce & noodles
~ Put remaining cottage cheese on top
~ Cook on high for 4 hours & low for 6 hours


Tips & Suggestions

~ I love Throw Away Crock Bags which makes clean up a breeze
~ Use Ricotta in place of the cottage cheese
~ Remember the cooking time may vary depending on the Crock Pot & how much ingredients used!
