Fiesta Breakfast Bake
- 1 can of Pillsbury Original Crescent
- 6 Large Eggs
- 1 lb of ground beef or 16 oz of Sausage
- 1 Package of Taco Seasoning Mix
- 8 oz of Salsa
- 6 oz of Queso dip
- 1 small Onion
- 1 Small Green Pepper
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 16 oz Sour Cream
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees.
Start browning ground beef or Sausage.
In a Medium Sized Bowl, Beat Eggs & Milk Together
Finely Cut Onion & Pepper (1/3 C of Onion & Pepper) & Mix in with Eggs
Roll out Crescent in Bottom of 8x8x2 Non-Stick Baking Dish. Make sure the seams are together with no openings. Bake for about 6 minutes or until lightly browned (not fully cooked).
Cook scrambled eggs until cooked thoroughly
Layer Ground Beef/Sausage on Crescent then add Taco Seasoning, Scrambled eggs, Salsa & Queso.
Bake for about 5 minutes or until dough is finished baking
Add Sour Cream on individual pieces
